The SUSENT project is tackling two urgent challenges of our time: the fight against climate change and the need to improve the employability of young women. By focusing on the creation of handmade cosmetic products, SUSENT promotes sustainable alternatives to traditional beauty items while providing young women with the skills to build eco-friendly businesses of their own.
Training for a Greener Future
SUSENT’s comprehensive training programme is designed for women aged 18–30, especially those who are NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). The curriculum blends theory with hands-on practice, covering:
- Cosmetic product development with sustainable methods
- Financial and legal aspects of entrepreneurship
- Marketing, branding, and business development strategies
At the same time, the project supports youth workers, NGOs, and educators, giving them the tools to guide the next generation of green entrepreneurs.

- Climate Action: Promote eco-conscious products to reduce environmental impact
- Empowerment: Strengthen the capacity of youth workers and organisations to lead change
Towards a Greener, More Inclusive Future
By combining sustainability with entrepreneurship, SUSENT creates new pathways for young women while encouraging responsible consumption. The project shows that small, creative steps can have a big impact, helping communities embrace greener choices and ensuring that opportunity and inclusion grow hand in hand.
